Water Rates and Deposit Information

Listed below, you will find the City of Lowry City current water rates and bill information. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. 

Should you experience a problem with your water during business hours, please call the phone number provided. We will do everything possible to locate the problem with your water service.
If an emergency occurs after hours please contact the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office Central Dispatch 417-646-5822.

$ 38.08 Total Minimum For 2000 Gallons

Usage over 2,000 gallons - $2.80/1,000 gallons

Business Minimum  $39.49 

Residents without Sewer Minimum  $22.06 

The city is responsibe for repair and maintenance of the water/sewer system
on city property ONLY. 

The property owner or user is fully responsible for repairs on their property. 

Water bills are due by the 10th of each month.|

Payments received after the due date will recieve a 10-percent penalty.

Water will be disconnected if not paid by 3:30pm on the 20th of the month

A $25 disconnect and a $25 reconnect fee will be charged. 

New customers are required to pay a deposit of $150.
